Do not miss this once in a life-time, transformative retreat. Join Mary Kate and her Senegalese family through an exploration into the rich Senegalese culture and Self via daily yoga & meditation, famous West African cuisine & local culture and history. The Senegalese people pride themselves on their hospitality, in fact the word for this is teranga. So join us in the Land ofTeranga and be prepared to broaden your perspective and open your heart on this epic journey.
Each day will begin with a special morning practice led by Mary Kate, for those who wish to participate, followed by breakfast. Then the group will enjoy a sight-seeing or cultural activity and a delicious lunch and dinner will be provided daily.
